01 How far in advance should I contact you?

As soon as you know the date and location of the event. For larger events, we recommend at least a few weeks in advance; for smaller ones, we can often make arrangements at shorter notice.

02 What information do you need for a quote?

The date and location, the type of event, the approximate number of guests, the programme and the number of performers or speakers. If you have the performers’ technical requirements, please attach them.

03 What do you need at the venue?

Access to a power supply, a space for the mixing console with a good view of the stage, and enough time for set-up and a soundcheck before the start.

04 How is the price determined?

We prepare each quote individually, based on the amount of equipment, the length of the event, the location and its complexity. Send us an enquiry and we will reply with a specific quote.
